Sustainable Practices

At our conference, we are dedicated to reducing plastic waste and promoting sustainability. Here's how you can contribute:

  1. Avoid using plastic bottles: Water refill points will be conveniently located at the venue. Kindly use these water stations to stay hydrated.
  2. Sponsorship materials: We request our sponsors to prioritize environmentally friendly alternatives when it comes to booth materials. Please refrain from using plastic-based materials such as backdrop posters. Opt for sustainable options that align with our commitment to minimising waste.

By collectively adopting these practices, we can make a positive impact on the environment and foster a more sustainable conference experience.
