A few months ago, I started on a journey to automate our book keeping with OpenClaw and ERPNext. Right now, 99% of our data entries are done by Donna (our OpenClaw based AI agent). In this talk, I want to share the why, what and how of the process:

• Manual accounting + Server Scripts
• The onboarding and the training process (just like we would onboard a new employee)

• The memory and the knowledge (SOPs)
• Next level: Connecting Razorpay and processing settlements
• Bank reconciliation by dropping just the statement

The end results: we let go of our accountant 🙈, only an auditor now.
