Everyone wants to share a success story, but we want to share a case study where things went south and how it made us better and taught us what success didn’t… After months of development and UAT, our client, a trading business selling majorly on Amazon, had every major ERP workflow working as expected. Yet, within minutes of go-live, an overlooked integration/configuration resulted in a loss of a few thousand pounds and aborted the go-live. In this talk, we'll share our go-live experience, what we missed, how we responded, and the lessons we learned. We'll also discuss the changes we've since made to our deployment process and the questions we now ask before every ERPNext go-live.
