It's 10 AM on the Monday after Thanksgiving. The line at the register is already long and growing, and the cashier is staring at a screen stuck on a software update — instead of ringing up sales. That's the moment enterprise retail POS software either earns its keep or fails spectacularly — and it's the moment we built POSpire to survive.
